H&A HomeShift Services was founded in Montgomery County by two women who were tired of unreliable movers and overpriced cleaning crews. We built the service we wished existed.

Our Story
It started with a bad move. In 2018, co-founders Hana and Amara each had their own nightmare moving experiences — late crews, damaged furniture, surprise fees. As women who'd navigated the rental market themselves, they knew Montgomery County renters deserved far better.
They launched H&A HomeShift Services out of a shared belief: moving and cleaning shouldn't be stressful. With a single truck, an all-women crew, and a commitment to showing up on time, they built a reputation one apartment at a time.
Today, H&A is proudly women-owned and women-operated. The team has grown, but the mission hasn't changed — flat-rate pricing, no surprises, and a job done right the first time.
